Past orders that I cannot find because it was more than four years ago
Hello
does anybody know how to retrieve orders for more than five years ago on your eBay account?
I bought some solar lights that work perfect on my steps and I’m trying to find the same ones but I am blind so I can’t see the pictures that come up
and trying to get sightlines around me to help is next to impossible so I need to find the ones I ordered because they lasted such a long time and the perfect no interference with the beat going up the stairs so I need to know this please let me know. Regards, Brian.

Mentor2 years agoYour Purchase History covers the current year, or the last three recently completed calendar years.
You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
