Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
You will need to talk to a managed payments eBay customer service team member about your account if you have further questions>
Go to your summary page here> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true Click on Payments> Then look for the ? mark down on the lower right of the screen and Click it. You will see the option to have a managed payments account specialist call you back.
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.

Mentor2 years ago@slbeal69 You normally wouldn't have a past due balance if you have a back up payment method for selling costs.
You should be able to see what the charge is for on your all transactions page here> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true

OP2 years agoI haven’t sold anything for about 9 years. I’ve made purchases almost a year ago. I don’t understand why I’m being charged now.
