Past 30 days. Noticed item was wrong
Bought an item and when I originally received it it looked great, I didn't notice it was off one size and went to use it months later and caught the issue but it was after the return policy time frame. Contacted the seller and said she would accept a return just go through the steps. I explained it wasn't possible and they quit responding. When I go to purchase history it has the item listed for what I wanted to buy originally but when I click the link it pops up with the item I received which is the wrong one. So they know it was a mistake but refuse to help and make things right.
Thoughts on actions to take?

There is nothing you can do through Ebay since it is past the time frame for the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
You have 180 days to file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal. If not Paypal, you could try to contact your payment source.
