Password/old number
Ebay and Google customer service is no help. I just ordered an item and realized after that it was under my old email address which I don't remember the password. Also with a phone and the number I don't have anymore or access to. How or am I able to recover?

Mentor2 years agoIf you are still able to sign in to your eBay account, change your email address and phone number associated with the account.
If you do not know your password to your eBay account, on the page where you are prompted for your password, use the "Need help signing in?" link. Choose the "Reset" option, but rather than resetting your password, use the "contact" link. That link is specifically for users that cannot sign in and that are unable to reset their passwords through normal means.
