Password reset requests
In the past 36 hrs I have been asked to reset my password more than 7 times. These requests are coming from eBay but I cannot figure our what the issues are. Also when I go to send offers there is no preview pics etc. I am getting a bit frustrated since this is making running my business very difficult. Anyone have any suggestions or anyone had these issues before. Any help would be great!

Mentor1 year agoWhat do those messages say, exactly? Is eBay actually forcing you to reset your password in order to get access to your account, or are you just getting a link to click to reset your password if you want to without actually being kicked out of your account?
If the latter, perhaps someone with a similar email address or username has mistyped your email or username at sign-in and is trying to sign in using their password and is not understanding why it does not let them in to their account. If so, they may soon figure out their mistake and stop requesting to reset the password.
If the former, have you changed anything about your network connection lately? Started using a VPN or a hotspot? Or privacy software?
Regarding offers, others are having problems sending offers via a browser, but the app seems to be working.
