Password of a phone or refund
Hi
I bought a mobile phone from a seller on ebay about a year ago, I haven't used it till now actually. Today, I started to set up the phone, and I found that I need the password of the mobile account to install my own account otherwise I can't access the phone.
I've contacted the customer service and they told me that I am out of the 30 days money back warranty. What can I do?
