Passing Jewelry Authentication

Question

I've had two pieces of jewelry not pass the authentication process even though they the authenticator stated they were authentic. Is there a step I can take prior to posting to make sure all the information that is needed by the authenticator. I am not a jeweler; I had both pieces appraised by a jeweler but that apparently was not sufficient. Suggestions?

When items are sent to the Authenticator, their first job is to compare what you listed to what they received. By that, I mean the photos, Item Specifics and Description. That needs to exactly match what they received.

In looking at your feedback from your Buyers, almost a dozen have indicated the item they purchased was not as described in the listing.

This may be the situation here.
