Parts not shipped with Global Shipping Program

Hello i bought two times an exhaust pipe, with GSP offered, paid for it was shipped to GSP warehouse got delivery information and suddenly after 2 weeks or so got my money back, reason shipping not possible?

Valuepartsales and Autopartsgeek.

Contacted both but no reaction what so ever.

Check with customs on your end. There may be some prohibition on importing the items. Or, there may be some air transport restriction on shipping the items. I believe the carrier is DHL, so check there as well.

i have bought exhaust parts before so something has changed and i wonder what it is.

It think it even did not reach USA customs. I think rules for export changed.

eBay has recently changed from "Global Shipping Program" to "eBay International Shipping" on some seller accounts, so there are some changes at eBay. Those changes may reflect new export limitations for size or value. The US has always had export rules requiring further documentation for items over $2500, so eBay won't process exports over that limit.

New eBay International Shipping:

Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $500 USD (this limit was recently raised, for most countries, to $2500 - perhaps Netherlands was not yet increased)
Packages should not exceed:
- 44lbs. billable weight for every country except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66lbs.)
- 42 inches in length, or 79 inches in total length + girth (girth = 2 x width + 2 x height)

it were center exhaust pipes so the lenght can be the reason.
