Parts finder suggesting wrong parts
Parts finder is suggesting me car stereos that don’t fit in my car. I already ordered one and the plug in the car doesn’t fit the stereo. For 2005 Toyota sienna xle limited. This version of the sienna has upgraded jbl speakers, but I didn’t realize in the listing it did not state the stereo was jbl. My bad there, not the sellers fault. But the parts finder is still suggesting me non jbl stereos that won’t fit my van. It states “this item fits†when clearly I can see it won’t based on the outlets on the back of the stereo not matching the plugs in my van. I feel like I deserve a refund.

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
