Partial Shipping Refund
Trying to issue partial shipping refund. Per EBay directions, tried “my eBay†& seller hub, and neither option presents the “drop down†referred to in the instructions.
How does one issue a partial shipping refund?

Mentor2 years agoThe instructions you have are correct. You may need to scroll down through the list of options in the dropdown to find Send refund.
