Partial refunds to buyer
My buyer had to pay shortage in shipping fees to the post office in order to pick up his purchased item. How can I refund the buyer the exact amount he had to pay out.? It looks like ebay takes out fees and the buyer gets the difference. Is that the case??

Mentor1 year agoIf you give a partial refund, ebay will recalculate, and you get back a percentage of the partial refund. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the item, click the 3 dots, click Send Refund, select a reason, select an amount, send.
