Partial refunds over the last few months
Hi just wondering if anyone knows why over the last few months I've started to get partial refunds on lots of old purchases? They are all small like .12 to maybe 1.00 but they are from things I've purchased months ago. I have been on ebay for years and this has never happened. Just this morning I got 4 partial refunds from past orders. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks
