Partial refunds on misrepresented item

Question

The earrings i purhased were not as described but I would like to keep them. The seller has offered a partial refund so that I can buy backs that match the posts. I can't find a way to ask for that.

Any suggestions.

Did you open a return? If so, the seller can offer you a partial refund amount which you'll receive and can accept (or not).

If you didn't open a return but are communicating through messaging and the refund amount is satisfactory, just reply back to the seller through messaging and she can put through the refund.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return or offer a partial refund.
