"Partial refunds for repairs needed "
Did someone is getting the same pattern than me because on the last months some buyers said the items came damaged or not working properly but they ask for a refund for "repairs costs " instead of a return. And because ebay protect the buyers is nothing that we can do . My answer always is return it to me no partial refunds or money for repair

Mentor3 weeks agoThat is the proper response to the buyer. Giving partial refunds is just asking for trouble. Just have them return the item for a refund. I bet some do not press the issue further when you say this.
