Partial Refund when the item didn't match the listing description
To whom it may concern;
I recently purchased an item from GoodwillHawaii. They listed an item not matching the correct description.
They are only gave me $27.80 from what I can see when the total was $41.87. What I don't understand is Ebay has given me a full refund before with this same seller, when the item from seller was listed wrong, why is the seller only giving some of my money back. I feel this is wrong, its not the buyers fault when the item is listed incorrectly. Please Advise
