Partial Refund To Buyer
As seller I need to issue a partial refund to a buyer.
In seeking ebay help, I'm directed to go to MY EBAY ORDERS. And then, "From the dropdown menu, select Send refund."
However, I see no drop down menu for 'send refund.' Help!!!

1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
