partial refund on return of defective item
Received sony cd changer with screeching noise while changing disks, after a few days the changer stopped on a disk and played the same note continuously. Sent it back to seller who claimed it was damaged in shipment although it was wrapped rhe same as when received and returned in the same box.

Did you file an Ebay Return Request when you discovered the CD changer was defective?
If so, since the seller did not provide a full refund when you returned the item, you could have had Ebay step in to help you.
