Partial refund on a return.
We do not accept returns as a general rule. On a previous deviation from that policy, the buyer returned the item and it was damaged. It did not appear to be shipping damage so we were going to issue the buyer a partial refund. We were not able to issue a partial refund because apparently only certain sellers are allowed to do this. Why is this not an option for any seller?
