Partial refund of shipping cost to buyer,
Not computer savvy, trying to refund partial shipping cost to buyer. Searched found I need to go to seller hub and go to drop down menu and have no idea where drop down menu it is.

Here is a link to your See all Orders page in Seller hub: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
Once there locate the item in question. Look over on the left side of the listing and there is a little down arrow, click that and a "drop down" menu will appear (pic below), use the slider bar on the right of that little window so the bottom of the list shows and click on Send refund. The next page you select the reason for the refund, type a note and enter the dollar amount at the bottom of the page then cycle through completion at the very bottom of the page.
