Partial refund not showing up on order details page

I'm a seller. I gave a partial refund to a buyer. The funds came out of my account. The refund is not showing up on the order details page. How do I get that corrected?

Yes , I did it from the drop-down. The refund triggered an email that said "your refund is processing", and the refund amount was deducted from my funds. Normally, the partial refund shows up in the order details page after a few minutes. But it never showed up. I'm out the money, but there's no indication it was applied to the auction.
