Partial Refund Issue – Missing Shipping and Import Charges
Summary: gyromanolo has encountered an issue with a partial refund where the shipping and import charges are missing and seeks assistance or clarification on the matter.
Has anyone experienced this with eBay International Shipping?
I received only a partial refund from the seller because they shipped the wrong item. The seller confirmed that eBay is responsible for refunding the shipping costs and import charges, but after 2 months I still have not received the remaining refund.
What is even more frustrating is that the order page shows “Total refund ” even though I received the partial amount by seller and have not received shipping costs and import charges by eBay .
I have already contacted eBay support multiple times with no real response. Has anyone managed to solve something similar? Any advice on how to escalate this properly?
