Partial Refund, How to request difference from eBay
Good day. A Seller issued a partial refund claiming the item returned was damaged. It was in perfect condition when I dropped it off at FedEx. I am struggling to find where I can apply for the rest of my refund from eBay. Can anyone please provide some guidance. Thank you.

Mentor3 weeks agoI doubt that eBay will give you the difference. Certain sellers can deduct for damage when the item is returned to them. Since eBay cannot see the item that was returned to the seller they will side with the seller. This is the same as when a buyer claims the item was damaged and they force the seller to make a full refund to the buyer.

If you opened a return request on eBay, you can appeal the outcome to ask for your refund. You can appeal, right here on this page:
