Partial refund how to handle
I'm new at selling and a buyer just messaged me the item has a crack in it now and it wasn't from shipping. I know it didn't have a crack in it when I shipped it because I cleaned it up. He wants a partial refund of 20.00 should I just pay it, I don't want a bad rating I've only been doing this for 2 weeks
