Partial refund as item had missing part but now item stopped working altogether
I purchased an EV wallcharger - upon opening the box I discovered a £15 bracket was missing and obtained a partial refund. About a month later the wallcharger stopped working - my NICEIC electrician teat the item and confirmed it was faulty. Seller originally said they would refund but have not done so. It looks to me as the EBay system does not understand more complex issues. Customer services promised to check 13/1/25 and if no refund would help me but they also have gone silent. This is an over £200 item - perhaps I need to end my 15 years EBay relationship?

If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, Ebay can no longer help you.
