Partial refund
Does buyer have to open a case for damages. She tells me she doesn't know how. 2 out of 8 dishes were broke. I've tried for days trying to figure out how to give her a partial refund through my Android phone and from my iPad. I tried calling ebay but can't find #

Mentor3 years agoIf you’re using the website on your iPad, go to your sold items. There is a menu next to each - select ‘send refund’ next to the one you want to refund.
In the iOS app, click on the # of sold items, view the order in question. Where the bottom banner says purchase another label, click the little arrow to see other options - send refund is at the bottom.
