Partial Refund
I sold a signed jersey and about two weeks later the buyer reported a problem and said the numbers on the jersey looked frayed. I offered a partial refund of $50 which would allow him to keep it and get $50 back. Uts been close to three weeks with no butter response. I have no idea what to do. How long does he have to accept or reject my partial refund offer?
