Partial refund?
So as a seller today I wasn’t able to contact support for some reason, early in the morning today I was able to talk to someone, but I need to speak to someone again and the support chat thing is grayed out so it won’t even let me type, my question was because the buyer canceled an order they wanted a refund but because I purchased a label, it took $16 off the funds so I can’t afford to give them a full refund until the refund for the label hits the account and that could take 2 to 4 weeks. The buyer confirmed that they are comfortable with a partial refund instead, but it’s not allowing me to even do that and every time I attempt it says “
You can't refund the buyer for this order
You cannot issue a refund at this time because a cancel request is open for this order†so do I need to decline the request and then send a partial refund or does the buyer need to cancel the request?

You cannot issue a partial refund on a cancellation.
Cancel the label - the refund takes about 3 weeks.
You will have to make up the difference to refund the buyer in full, then let the label refund reimburse you.
No one likes it, but this is how it works for all of us.
