Partial refund

Question

I bought the neckless on E- bay. When I got it from seller, I found out that one of the glass beads was broken.

I carefully looked at the seller's picture and recognized the crack on the very same bead. The seller did NOT

mentioned it in description of the item.

I requested RETURN the item. The seller agreed.

Then the seller offered me PARTIAL refund. I accepted. The same moment E -bay refunded me the partial money with the message: 'Your case is closed, and you may keep the item."

The seller was HORRASING me for the week. She/He wanted me to send the item back but refused to send me the shipping label.

After week of harassment, I posted negative feedback. The seller still complains.

Please HELP.

When the seller offered the partial refund, and you accepted, and were partially refunded, that ended the transaction. I don't understand why the seller thinks offering a partial refund means having you return the item. That doesn't make sense.

I read the neg you left, and the seller's reply. Once a refund is made, that ends the transaction. The buyer is no longer required to ship the item back.
