What is an acceptable "partial refund" for a $9 item.? Was thinking $4.00 Any input would be great.

Mentor2 years agoWhy is a partial refund requested? Most sellers would want the item returned, and a full refund issued.

OP2 years agoBuyer states that there was a small stain on shirt. Instead of shipping back (which I would have to pay for) , it would be more economical to offer a partial refund which buyer was okay with. FYI: My listing did state pre-owned and no returns accepted with buyer paying for the shipping. Buyer went through the EBAY Money Back Guarantee and did not communicate with me directly, which was disappointing.
