Partial refund?
I purchased an item that I received today and one of the items is damaged which was not disclosed or mentioned when asked about prior to buying. Shipping and packing wasn’t the best and I’m assuming the damage occurred during the shipping. My question is, should I just ask for a complete refund or is there a way to do a partial refund? The main item works great and is in perfect condition. The top to it is significantly damaged. Also, I have contacted the seller and attached pictures with how I received the items, but have yet to hear back. What should I do? Thank you in advance!

You're entitled to a full refund upon return. Do you really want to keep a damage item? If so, then you can let the seller know that you would like to return the item for a full refund or will accept a partial refund of $xx.xx (whatever you think is fair).
If you received an item that is not as described in your case damaged), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
