Partial refund
Here’s my question. The seller wants to send me partial refund. He told me that he can’t because I have to close the return case first then he will be able to refund me . He it true ? In that case will I be able to reactivate the return or refund case if the seller doesn’t refund me ?

Mentor3 years ago@tiloupe If you close an active return claim the Seller is under NO obligation to refund you. They will keep your money, they will add you to their blocked list and eBay will not help you open a new claim.
The Seller has only so long to Accept the return, if they do not then go to the return claim and ask eBay to step in ...
