Partial Refund
Hello, seller is claiming the device that I sent back is faulty, I never opened the box and they only issued partial refund.
Please advise what I can do

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
