partial order received
Seller shipped partial order. Said they could not locate item. First said they would issue partial refund. I do not want this partial order. When seller asked to send return shipping label seller then said to keep the items and seller would issue full refund. I have not received a shipping label nor have I received any type of refund. I do not want these items that were shipped to me. Seller stopped responding.

If you filed a Return Request on Ebay, go back to your return request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

OP2 years agoI tried to submit a return, but all I got was seller not accepting returns.
And seller said to just keep what I did receive and they would issue full refund.
It's been weeks and I have yet to see any refund. The sale seems a bit scammy. Baited with an item they knew they would not send.

According to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, the seller HAS to accept the return if the item is not as described/does not match description.
If it has been less than 30 days since date of delivery, you can still file the Return Request:

OP2 years agoThank you for responding.
I tried to request the return, but it says, (highlighted in blue on the top of the page) "This seller does not accept returns for this item."
And it won't submit the return. The "confirm return" box is not highlighted and nothing happens when I click on it. I am still within the 30 days since delivery.
