Partial item refund
I sold an item to a buyer period they were not satisfied with the quality period and I'm agreeing to paying half of the the item cost but because they initiated in return, the system will only allow me to pay the full amount back to the buyer. How do we get around this? So I can make a partial payment to him. Does he need to reverse the request for the return
