Partial compensation
I overpaid the seller for shipping the item. On February 16, 2024, he made me a refund to the card from which I made the payment. I got letters from Ebay and PauPal in the mail that the refund was on its way. By all reports, the money was credited to the card immediately. But the money never arrived. I'm trying to find ways to contact Ebay. But I keep getting directed to the automated assistant. How can I write a support letter to a live operator with a question?
