part of order broken glass

Question

I have been trying since mid December 2025 to get a message to a buyer on a set of 4 glasses bought. 3 glasses were good and 1 was shattered. Picture taken and sent in, but I have yet to hear back about a partial refund.

Site does not have listed for damages or other. Thus all the the check off does not apply to my issue.

I just want the seller to refund 1/4 or the order.

You only had 30 days from receipt to open a case for an "Item not as described" or open a return request. Once opened the case or request will only stay open for 21 days before eBay will close the case if you do not "Ask eBay to step in".
