Part failure do to lack of grease.

Question

Is it ok just to let someone know about this situation. I bought a front and rear brakes. Which came with rotors, brake pads, calipers for my car and itâ€™s only been a couple years. I donâ€™t drive much cause work is 3 1/2 miles from my house. I wanted to let the outfit I bought them from. That this what happens when there is not enough grease. Inside the rubber boot. Can I do this? Maybe they can look into it and fix the problem. I put about 12k miles since I put brakes on my car. To busy to do this every couple years.

If it's been a couple years, nothing you can do but replace them.
