Parcel that was lost and refunded for that has arrived
Hello all,
I had a parcel come from a private seller, the parcel was lost and I have been refunded and the case has been closed and the parcel has arrived and the seller is still awaiting a refund from the company, where do i stand?

Mentor1 year agoIt does not seem fair or reasonable that you have your money and the item.
Perhaps you could ship it back to the seller, or perhaps repay the seller for the item.
The seller can cancel the request for a refund from the company.
Have you reached out to the seller for assistance to fix this situation? That should be your first step.
