Parcel not collected by courier & unable to speak to a human

Question

Hi, does anyone know how I can speak to someone at e-bay or Sendle couriers. The courier picked up my parcel yesterday & I received a notification today to say pick up was unsuccessful. I have wasted hours trying to communicate with a computer bot on both sites but none of the categories cover this problem, so I go round and round in circles. I would like to speak to a human.
