Parcel collection
For the last 3 weeks i have paid for a Evri via packlink collection and for the last 3 weeks including today have been left in my porch. I was promised by the new lady that had just taken over the round. Unfortunately i had to go out and missed her calling. She delivered 2 x items but left the 2 that should have go out on Monday. Every time i try to speak to a real person i get a bloody robot and i just give up. This is reflecting on my feedback at no fault of my own. I need to speak to human being. Thanks

I see you are in the UK, this is the US site and while we can schedule pickups by carriers the process there may be different.
