Parcel actually delivered, but not seen as delivered by eBay. How to solve?
Hi community,
I'm in the weird situation of a parcel being shipped and delivered to a buyer, but still appearing as "shipped" and not "delivered" on the eBay page. Checking the tracking on the courier portal it confirms the shipment as delivered but eBay seems ignoring this. How can I get this fixed?
