Paper W9
I just received a paper W9. I've been selling work ebay and never asked to fill one of these out. I have all information when I set up my account. Also, I didn't sell over $500 in 2023 so I wouldn't have to claim on taxes (at least that's how I understood it) Did anytime else receive one? Or is this a scam trying to get my info. Says I have till mid March to return it or I'll get fined....
