Panini points
I recently sold a 250 panini points card to a customer and he wants a refund cause he said the card I had sent him was already redeemed. When I know it wasn't redeemed cause I got it myself from some packs of cards I opened. I had 6 of them all together and none of the other customers had a problem so I know he's just making it up saying it was used already when he's the one who used it and now wants to send it back for a refund. What can I do about it as a seller?

Mentor2 years ago@chadg1234 This is why I tell people to NEVER sell gift cards online anywhere. A buyer can say it was empty and you are going to have to issue a refund.
Even if it was sold elsewhere they can file a credit card charge back saying the same thing. Only sell gift cards in person for cash, use them, or give as gifts.
If the buyer filed a not as described refund request then you are going to have to refund them. So do so before eBay steps in and forces the refund or you will not get your sellers fees back AND you will receive a DEFECT.
Report the buyer for return abuse. This doesn't get your money back but it goes on their record.
