palmleaves2011 didn't honor the bid!
Stared 'wrong buyer address' as cancelling the order, I have bought items before without any problem. The Seller has now posted the same item at a higher price!
Has anybody had this happen to you before? What can I do? eBay is all about bidding and honoring the outcome, in this case palmleaves2011 did not, I wonder who else has the seller done this to?

Unfortunately, there is no way to force a seller to complete a sale. However the seller misrepresented the reason for the cancellation in order to avoid a defect on his seller metrics. You can report that to get it on his record.

State that because the seller wasn't happy with the winning bid price, he misrepresented the reason for the cancellation to avoid a defect . The seller has now relisted the item at a higher price.
