Paid through paypal and got stuck on return screen but still got charged
As the title says, I was going to make a payment through paypal using bing as my browser. After the payment screen, it gave me a screen saying I could return to the app by pressing a button, and my card was charged. The button wouldn't work, so I wasnt sure what to do and closed ebay and reopened it. The items aren't in my purchase history, and Im not entirely sure how to check and see if I actually paid for the items.

I would first check your PayPal history to see if the payment is there.
If the payment isn't there, go ahead and buy your items again.
If the payment IS there, but the purchase isn't here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
then, it sounds like you purchased the item as a guest.
To see the details, start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:
LOG OUT OF YOUR eBay Account first, then

Once you have the email, you can view the Order Details or talk to the seller.
