Paid Ship Now on Refunded Item
I have a sale that has been refunded and I have had a PAID, SHIP NOW notice for at least a week now. When I click on it, it tells me I have nothing to ship out. I'm concerned that this may be affecting my seller rating if ebay's algorithm thinks I have not shipped an item.
I called ebay and they told me to relist the item, which I did, but the notice still does not disappear. This is both on the app and desktop.
