Paid product
Now that's 2 times i didn't not received my paid product on ebay! Never signed for it, never received it, one never ever respond, ebay took sellers side of the story. Disappointed, buyer beware on the ebay sites!! sucks!!

Unfortunately, you have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam. You filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item but since tracking showed it was delivered, they ruled against you.
You need to get a document from the Post Office stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
