Paid Outstanding Balance: Still Restricted?

Question

I paid and was charged an outstanding balance over 72hrs ago! I haven't used eBay to sell since 2018 and hadn't realized I had an outstanding balance so I paid it. Every attempt at listing an item and even to close the account I continue to receive the message the balance is due! Any recommendations? There are no humans available at eBay to sort this our but my card was certainly charged.....

@energeticpuma Not sure if you will be able to reinstate your account. Thankfully eBay didn't send you to collections which would have hurt your credit rating.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.

After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent. You may have to repeat the last two steps.
