paid order not on purchased page
I paid for an item. The charge was paid by my credit card. But the purchased item does not appear on myh purchases page. How can I get tracking information?

OP10 months agoThx. But I'm unable to receive a confirmation email on my purchase of a Dyson BP04. The charge went through my credit card. The order is: 16-13699-55173
Any help is apprecated

I can't see orders.
Try logging out of this account and trying again to get the email

If that doesn't work, use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance

It sounds like you bought the item as a guest.
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
