Has anyone read the 20 page terms of use written by eBay attorneys on how they spend your money promoting your products? That was a deal breaker for me. Too much free license for additional charges, ongoing charges and owning rights to everything now, into the future and for any new technologies that may be invented in the future. Scared me away.
